Hello there! At Ella's Boutique, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don't turn out as expected, and that's perfectly fine. If you need to return something, please read on:

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

Is there something you’re not happy with? If it’s unworn and in its original condition and packaging, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Email us at info@ellas-boutique.com, and we will let you know where to send it. Just a note: return shipping costs are on you.

We process returns pretty quickly, within 24 hours of receiving your item. Questions? Send us an email or use our contact page.

Once we receive and process your return, we’ll email you to let you know your refund is on its way. The amount will be refunded via the same method you used to pay, but please allow up to 10 days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Changed your mind? If you’d like to make an exchange, we’ve got you covered. Email us at info@ellas-boutique.com with your order number, and we’ll take care of it.

DEFECTIVE ITEM?

Oops... if something is wrong with your order upon arrival, please let us know immediately on the day it is delivered. Use our contact page or email us at info@ellas-boutique.com with your order details and a few photos of the issue. We’ll get right on it.

MISSING DELIVERY?

If your order has taken a detour, let us know at info@ellas-boutique.com. Please note that sometimes it may take a bit longer, so wait 20 days before we consider it lost. After that, we’ll resolve it for you.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER?

Canceling orders must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. After this, we can no longer process a cancellation.

Having second thoughts but it's been more than 24 hours? You can always decide to return it after receiving it and get a full refund. For more information on returns, see the section above.
